I wonder how successful these forms of communication are for 3M. It looks like the are having great success on Facebook with 1,200+ fans and only 400+ followers on Twitter. I wouldn't have even thought to look for this company, and others like it, on these types of sites.
ReplyDeleteI know I wouldn't have thought of it either. I did take an E-commerce Marketing class and developing a business and a networking basis with Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. was all part of it. The bank I work for has even created a Facebook page and some employees have questioned why; I just explained that in some way it will be used as a marketing tool.
